❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@warriors4nations.com with your order details.
📦 Physical Products – Refunds & Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
💻 Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once accessed or delivered.
Please ensure product compatibility and details before purchasing.
🌍 International Orders
International orders are non-refundable due to customs and shipping complexities.
Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
